Hair: Straight auburn with a slight wave, two pieces of hair pulled around her ears and back like loops and tied in the back with a braid going down her back to her hips, tied together at the bottom with a some red cloth and decorative shells.
Eyes: Blue
Skin tone: Pearlish pale
Height: 6'0'' without her tail fins
Build: Well muscled as a swimmer is on her shoulders and back, slender like her parents in a very High One fashion.
Appearance: A rounder face than her father Hourel, but keeps certain angular features, straight nose and fuller lips with thinner upper lip (Kahvi type), a coppery tail.
Clothes: Two overlapping pieces of cloth, one dark purple and the other red, twisted together once at the center as a top.
Jewelry: Small red and clear stones strung together into a short necklace by her dead lifemate, they only glitter in the water, like her.

Personality/History: A skilled hunter and protector of her pod, Ornah remains wary and suspicious of new and uninvited things. She is good at what she does; she sees no reason to change it. That said, she respects the ever changing currents and the very mortal nature of life on this world. A daughter of Hourel and Trellin, Firstborn of the High Ones, she sometimes feels the drag of her inherited tail as a burden to her starborn yearnings.
Nonetheless, her natural ability to weave out of harm's way and the nasty tangle of seagrass that would snare her agemates with a swish of her tail left her confidant in the sea as a pip. Ornah could have been called the sunshine breaking the waters of their bay when she was young, ever singing, swimming, and sunning herself.
The long years have had their toll now, and Ornah has seen her disturbing share of tragedy and death. She now holds what is hers closely, a trait appreciated by some and alienating for others.

(I am going to make Tylah her daughter, but in an estranged fashion, for one because of Ornah's possessive behavior, the other for the death of her father perhaps. They do not act as mother and daughter often, a bit like Kahvi and Vaya.)
