Sorry for my brief disappearance. I was in training at work, so it was pretty exhausting. And then our AC at work broke too. Mad

And summer & no ac & an enclosed office space did not put me in the right frame of mind for the happy thread we've got going. (Ashglow's grumpiness would have been x1000 if I'd posted. LOL) Back again!

Unfortunately for me, someone once thought it was a brilliant idea to build a city in a desert. Equally unfortunately for me, I live there. So, yah, triple-digits. XD

The air is fixed now, but my store's in the middle of all these changes. I get sooo tired by the end of the workday. Ugh. But I'm still here. Very Happy

Are you in Phoenix? Not that that's the only town in a desert, but it's the one I immediately think of. Smile

Not quite Phoenix, but AZ is right. That was a scary guess. LOL

So, yep, desert, 3 digit temperatures, and don't forget those scorpions. Yah. I've had the luck of never being stung by those before (Though I did nearly put my hand on one once. It was on a wall. affraid

), but someone I know was stung last month.
